Bhubaneswar: Chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday inaugurated a bridge over the River Devi, costing Rs 33 crore, and laid the foundation stone of a Rs 31.78 crore project for improvement of the Devi’s left embankment. Both projects are in Jagatsinghpur district.
The chief minister also laid, through video conference, the foundation stone for a mega pipe water supply project costing Rs 560 crore for Nayagarh Bhapur and Khandapada blocks under the Basudha scheme.
