Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated a state-of-the-art customer experience centre of global customer experience solutions and technology company Concentrix in Bhubaneswar on Friday.
Spread over 42000 square feet area with a seating capacity of more than 1300, the new site will support clients across industry verticals. Located in the heart of the city, the new customer experience centre is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology to optimise operational efficiency. With this, Concentrix has expanded its operation to 14 cities in the country.
The company took the decision to launch a new delivery center in Bhubaneswar due to the city’s strategic location, skilled workforce, and business-friendly environment. The modern infrastructure and excellent connectivity make Bhubaneswar an ideal location for Concentrix to expand its operations.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said, “The opening of the Concentrix customer experience centre in Bhubaneswar is a testament to our commitment to promote economic growth and create job opportunities for the people of Odisha. We are committed to providing the necessary infrastructure and support to businesses to help them grow and flourish. We thank Concentrix for reposing faith in New Odisha and opening their centre.”
The new center represents a significant milestone for Concentrix and is expected to create many job opportunities for local talent in Bhubaneswar and the surrounding areas.

Concentrix also signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rama Devi Women’s University in Bhubaneswar for skill-building and employability of the students.
