Bhubaneswar: Even as Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik started his four-day official trip to New Delhi on Wednesday, reports indicate a possible meeting between him and Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan at Odisha Bhawan on August 18 to discuss issues related to IOCL’s Paradip refinery.
The chief minister will be addressing a gathering at Outlook’s ‘Speak Out Awards’ ceremony that evening at Taj Palace. On August 17 and 19, he will attend various important events of Government of India at APJ Abdul Kalam Road.
“I am going to Delhi today to follow-up pending issues of the state with the Government of India. I will also attend the Outlook’s ‘Speak Out Awards’ function where our former president Shri Pranab Mukherjee is the chief guest,” Naveen said.
He is scheduled to return to Odisha on August 20.
