Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is likely to discuss BJD MP Bhartruhari Mahtab’s appointment as Deputy Speaker of Lok Sabha when he meets Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday (June 11).
This will be Naveen’s first meeting with Modi after declaration of election results.
Besides, Naveen will also discuss restoration work following devastation caused by cyclone Fani and about the Ayushman Bharat scheme, sources said. Naveen is also expected to place key other demands of Odisha before Modi. The chief minister is also scheduled to meet some Union ministers.
