Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president Naveen Patnaik visited former Odisha Minister Susanta Singh, who was admitted to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday after his health condition deteriorated.
Speaking to media, Naveen said that doctors told him that the former Bhatli MLA’s health condition was serious. “I am sure they are taking all care possible for his recovery,” he added.
According to sources, the ailing BJD leader was initially admitted to a hospital in Bargarh and then brought to Bhubaneswar in an ambulance after his condition worsened.
His condition has slightly improved, informed one of his family members Santosh Singh.
