Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has greeted the people on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan and requested the public not to visit his residence to celebrate the festival on Thursday in view of the prevailing COVID scenario.
Keeping the pandemic in mind, the Chief Minister advised the people to celebrate the festival in a safe manner without creating large gatherings, a release from the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) said.
