New Delhi: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik paid tributes to Arun Jaitley at his residence here. He was accompanied by BJD MP Pinaki Mishra. Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was also present.
Jaitley died this afternoon after a prolonged illness. He was 66.
Condoling his death, Naveen in a Tweet said Jaitley was a distinguished lawyer, parliamentarian and an erudite person whose contribution to governance has been profound.
Naveen is on a five-day visit to Delhi during which he will attend the national-level meeting to tackle Left Wing Extremism on August 26.
