Bhubaneswar: After the Cabinet reshuffle, BJD supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday distributed portfolios among the new ministers.
Thirteen ministers were sworn in with Cabinet rank while eight were sworn as Ministers of State rank.
