Bhubaneswar: Odisha bagged their maiden international medal in canoeing and kayaking on Wednesday.
Leichonbam Neha Devi was part of India’s C4 Women 500m team that secured silver medal for India at the Junior, Canoe Sprint Asian Championship at Uzbekistan.
Odisha’s canoeing & kayaking team did extremely at the Khelo India Youth Games earlier this year in Madhya Pradesh, winning 11 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze medals.
