Bhubaneswar: International flight services in the Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA), here will be increased keeping the present demand in sight, said Dr Pravat Ranjan Beuria, the new Director of the airport.
After assuming charge on Tuesday, Dr Beuria told the media persons that several developmental projects, which have been stalled due to COVID-19 pandemic, will be expedited after relaxation of restrictions.
Beuria also expressed optimism on opening an airport in Puri as it would meet the needs of a large number tourists not only from across the country but also abroad.
