Jajpur: Chakravarti Singh Rathore, the 2014-batch IAS officer, on Monday assumed charge as the collector of Jajpur district.
Rathore took charge from Project Director, DRDA, Indramani Nayak.
Before taking up his new assignment, Rathore visited the Biraja temple here and took blessings of the goddess.
