Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported a further fall in COVID-19 tally on Tuesday with 378 fresh cases reported overnight.
Of the new cases reported from 27 districts, 219 are in quarantine and 159 are local contacts.
District wise, Angul reported the highest of 38 new cases followed by Khurda (37), Mayurbhanj (34), Sundargarh (32), Cuttack (24), Balangir (22), Nuapada (21), Puri (19), Jagatsinghpur (18), Jharsuguda (15), Keonjhar (15), Balasore (14), Sambalpur (14), Kendrapada (10), Jajpur (8), Kalahandi (8), Bhadrak (7), Ganjam (7), Dhenkanal (5), Koraput (4), Nayagarh (4), Bargarh (3), Kandhamal (3), Nabarangpur (3), Deogarh (1), Malkangiri (1) and Sonepur (1).
Besides, the state pool has 10 cases.
At present, Odisha has 5,241 active cases and 3,12,065 patients have recovered.
