Bhubaneswar: As a part of Cuttack Station Development Plan, a new foot overbridge was inaugurated inside the station on Friday. The 6-metre-wide bridge, which covers all the platforms, took 140 days to complete.
It was built at an estimated cost of Rs 3.28 crore, a East Coast Railway (ECoR) release said.
It is the third such bridge commissioned this financial year. The other two were constructed in Bhubaneswar and Bhadrak. One more is planned to function in Jajpur-Keonjhar Road station by March 2019, the release added.
