Bhubaneswar: The Outpatient Department (OPD) of the Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar will remain open from 9 am to 5 pm every day with a lunch break from 1 pm to 2 pm.
According to sources, the Health Department of the Odisha government issued a notification in this regard on Thursday.
Similarly, the emergency wing will be operational from 5 pm to 9 am.
Notably, the services in the Capital Hospital were affected as COVID infection spread to 130 employees, including doctors and para-medical staff in January. As a result, the OPD timing was curtailed and it was functioning for a limited period from 8 am to 1 pm.
