Bhubaneswar: Mystery surrounding the death of popular DJ from Odisha, Akshaya Maharana aka DJ Azex deepened further on Friday following another startling revelation in the whole episode.
As per fresh information, there are indications that Azex was in a relationship simultaneously with three different girls.
The artiste had reportedly lured the three girls into a relationship. It was alleged that he was cheating these girls, but all the three were stated to have discovered his act.
After learning about his dubious game, the girls had formed a WhatsApp group to expose him. They were in regular contact with each other.
After having formed the WhatsApp group, the three girls discussed about how Azex was cheating on them. The group has chats of the girls talking about how DJ Azex had trapped each of them into a relationship and continued to cheat them.
It is suspected that he was in a serious relationship with one of them while using the other two girls.
The new revealation comes a day after it was found that Azex had a conversation with his rumoured girlfriend for around 97 seconds before his death. But he did not receive the video call which she made later. This has thrown up several questions pertaining to the circumstances leading to his death.
On Wednesday, some disturbing selfies of Azex had surfaced along with an email to his girlfriend, where he had mentioned that he was unable to sleep for past one week due to severe stress and had been taking sleeping pills.
Following questioning of his girlfriend, police suspected that he might have taken the extreme step following a break-up with her as she had reportedly mentioned about ending their relationship after coming to know about is alleged relationship with one of his female friends.
The deceased’s mother has, however, rubbished it saying her son was not in relationship with anyone, except her. “She is lying,” she said. His sister also questioned her disappearance after Azex’s death if she had nothing to hide.
