Bhubaneswar: The central election committee of the All India Congress Committee on Sunday announced candidates for nine more Assembly seats in Odisha and allowed Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee president Niranjan Patnaik to contest from the Bhandaripokhari Assembly seat, apart from Ghasipura.
The names of candidates for nine Assembly seats are as follows:
1. Niranjan Patnaik – Bhandaripokhari
2. Nalinikanta Mohanty – Bhadrak
3. Sitakanta Mohapatra – Barchana
4. Kisan Panda – Dharmasala
5. Rabindranath Kar – Salepur
6. Bibhranshu Sekhar Lenka – Mahakalapada
7. Debi Prasad Mallick – Tirtol
8. Dr Lalatendu Mohapatra – Balikuda-Ersama
9. Satyabrata Patra – Nimapara
