Bhubaneswar: In a reshffule in the IAS cadre, the Odisha government on Friday appointed 2004-batch officer Niranjan Sahu as the Revenue Divisional Commissoner (RDC), Northern Division.
Sahu will replace Temjenwapang Ao, RDC, Southern Range, who was holding the addtional charge of RDC, Northern Division, said a notification by the General Administration & Public Grievance (GA & PG) Department.
The reshffule of other IAS officers are as follows:
—Prasanta Kumar Senapati (2004 batch) and IG, Registration, appointed as director, OBC, SC & ST Development and MBC & MW (Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare)
—Susanta Mohapatra (2007 batch), addtional secretray, Health & Family Welfare, appointed as director of Estates and additinal secretary, GA & PG.
—V Jaya Kumar (2009 batch), GA & PG, appointed as director, AYUSH. The post is equivalent in the status and responsibility to the post of joint secretary.
—Noonsavath Thirumala Naik (2009 batch), director, Fisheries, appointed as Labour Commissioner.
—Aboli Sunil Naravane (2015 batch), ADM, Mayurbhanj is posted as ADM, Rourkela with addtional charge of vice-chairman, Rourkela Development Authority.
