Fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi is set to appear for a routine remand hearing at a London court via video link from prison on Thursday, according to media reports in London.
The 48-year-old fugitive, who has been lodged in a London prison since his arrest in March in connection with the over Rs 11,000 crore Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud and money laundering case, will be appearing for the first time since his bail appeal was rejected by the UK High Court earlier this month, his fourth attempt at bail.
