Bhubaneswar: Nishant Biswal was crowned the champion of seven-day All Odisha Open Handicap Snooker tournament. He defeated Rakesh Pradhan 5-2.
In the semi-final round, Nishant Biswal had defeated Akash Mohapatra 5-2 to reach finals. Similarly, Rakesh Pradhan edged out Soubhagya Behera 4-1 to set up summit clash with Nishant.
While Nishant received a cash award of Rs 10,000, Rakesh bagged a cash prize of Rs 5,000.
