New Delhi: The vice-chancellor of National Law University (NLU), Cuttack Prof Srikrishna Deva Rao has been appointed as the vice-chancellor (VC) of NLU-Delhi.
Before joining NLU-Cuttack as VC in 2014, Prof Rao served NLU-Delhi as a professor of law for four years and and later, as registrar from 2010 to 2014. He was a professor at Indira Gandhi National Open University in Delhi and GNLU Gandhinagar between 2004 and 2010.
Prof Rao is an LLM pass-out from Kakatiya University, Warangal. Besides, he holds a master degree in philosophy in law from NLSIU Bangalore and a PhD from Delhi University.
NLU-Delhi now has a new VC after founding vice-chancellor Ranbir Singh’s 12-year tenure.
