Boudh: With 28 patients recovering from corona in a single day, the number of active cases has come down to zero in Odisha’s Boudh.
According to Health Department sources, the district reported its first maiden case when three persons tested positive for the virus on May 10. A day later, another person was found to have contracted the infection. After a brief lull, one more person tested corona positive in the district on May 17.
After a couple of days, Boudh saw the highest single-day spike of 28 new cases, taking the affected tally to 33. This had led to panic in the district.
With 28 recoveries on Saturday, Boudh is now corona-free.
