Bhubaneswar: Commodore NP Pradeep, Commanding Officer INS Chilika, and Naval Officer-In-Charge (NOIC) (Odisha) of the Indian Navy, paid his first visit to Sainik School Bhubaneswar on Thursday after he took over his new assignment on January 26.
During his visit, Commodore Pradeep inspected the cadets’ hostel, gymnasium, martyrs’ memorial, swimming pool, the proposed site of girls’ hostel and the training areas and appreciated the efforts of the school authorities for the proper maintenance of the infrastructure.
Principal of the Sainik School Group Captain S Dominic Rayan gave details of school activities and the upcoming projects which will be undertaken very soon.
Commodore Pradeep assured the school authorities of extending all necessary support for the educational training and welfare of the cadets.
Bindu Pradeep, who accompanied her husband, visited the Bal Sainik Public School for the Sainik School staff in the school campus and appreciated the good work of the teachers.
