Cuttack: Here’s some good news for the foodies who have been missing home cooked non-vegetarian delicacies due to lockdown. Now, they can order raw mutton, chicken, fish and prawn online even on shutdown days.
The Raw Prawns, an initiative of young entrepreneurs, will cater to the needs of non-veg food lovers in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. Besides ensuring quality of food, it does not charge any extra cost for home delivery which is made on time.
The initiative, started by Mumbai-based cinematographer Alok, also guarantees that no chemical or preservative is used for its products. Along with the guarantee of freshness, Alok claimed that all the items are hygienically packed and carefully carried by his team members to the consumers’ houses, keeping coronavirus in mind.
He further said the initiative has been launched for less than two weeks and they were taking orders on phone call. But they would launch their app very soon and extend their services to other nearby places like Khurda and Puri, according to a Kanak News report. One can contact The Raw Prawns at 9861443636.
