November Challenge: Malaika Arora Wants To Cut Off Toxic People, Get A Mentor

Mumbai: After Arjun Kapoor declared that he is single, his ex-girlfriend Malaika Arora now seeks a mentor to move on in life.

After a series of cryptic posts, Malaika took to her Instagram handle recently to share her ‘November challenge’ with fans.

The challenge includes cutting off toxic people and alcohol, exercising regularly and seeking a mentor among others.

Take a look at Malaika’s November challenge:

“1. No alcohol. 2. Eight hours of sleep. 3. Get a mentor. 4. Exercise daily. 5. Ten thousand steps per day. 6. Fast until 10 am daily. 7. Avoid processed foods. 8. No food after 8 pm. 9. Remove toxic people.”

At a Diwali event, the ‘Singham Again’ antagonist Arjun Kapoor told paparazzi that he is not dating anyone at present.

“Abhi single hoon main, relax,” said Arjun confirming his break-up with Malaika.

Malaika and Arjun started dating after the former’s divorce from Arbaaz Khan.

At present, Arjun is basking in the success of ‘Singham Again.’ The actor also revealed that he has been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease and he has to take great care of himself.
