Cuttack/Mayurbhanj: After Niali, unusual sheep deaths were reported from Cuttack and Mayurbhanj districts late on Tuesday.
Four sheep were killed after being attacked by an unknown animal, while three went missing at Panchagaon under Talasahi block in
Cuttack district. After being informed by the villagers, a team of forest officials rushed to the spot and started investigation.
In Mayurbhanj district, four sheep were found dead under mysterious circumstances and two others reportedly missing at Aguada villag under Badasahi block.
At least 14 sheep deaths have been reported from Badapathar village at Bhanjanagar in Ganjam district in the last couple of days.
