Now, Spain Surpasses China In Coronavirus Deaths

Spain has surpassed China’s coronavirus death toll. With 738 deaths in the past 24 hours, the toll has risen to 3,434. Chains has reported 3281 deaths so far.

Spain is second to Italy, where the disease has so far claimed 6820 lives.

Spain is under lockdown for the past 11 days to combat COVID-19 which has infected 47,610 people. The country’s military had requested for 450,000 respirators, 500,000 rapid testing kits, 500 ventilators and 1.5 million surgical masks to help curb the spread of the virus, the NATO said.
