Cuttack: After Malkangiri, now a video of three women attendants dancing at SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack has gone viral on social media.
Sources said three attendants employed by a private organisation to take care of unidentified patients at the hospital made the video while working in the orthopaedic department of the hospital. One of the attendants said she does not know anything about the video.
More than eight TikTok videos have gone viral from the hospital.
SCB Superintendent Prof (Dr) CBK Mohanty said: “I do not know about the video. I will investigate the matter.”
A TikTok dance by groups of nurses and staff at the Sick Newborn Care Unit (SNCU) of the Malkangiri district headquarters hospital had gone viral recently. Four of the nurses were told to go on compulsory leave as part of a disciplinary action against them.
Multiple TikTok videos of on-duty nurses have emerged on social media where they are seen performing dance sequences and lip-syncing dialogues at the hospital. Another video showed a nurse kissing and cradling a baby without gloves, while music played on in the background.
