San Francisco: Twitter users can save their tweets in a draft box and send them at a rescheduled time later as per their wish.
The micro-blogging site said this while unveiling a plethora of new features on Thursday.
In a video message, @TwitterSupport announced: “Not quite ready to send that Tweet? Now on https://twitter.com you can save it as a draft or schedule it to send at a specific time — all from the Tweet composer!”
Here is how you can save and reschedule your tweet:
– While sharing a tweet, you will find a schedule on the column of symbols below
– Just click on the symbol and choose the time and date that you want your tweet to be shared
– After entering the time and date, click to confirm and reschedule the tweet
Twitter users can likewise save the tweet for later by tapping on the window symbol. It will initially ask if you need to save the tweet or not. If you click on save, you can find the tweet in drafts later.
Earlier, Twitter had said that it will release new user-friendly features that would restrict other users from replying to tweets and also make sure that a user can check who re-tweeted their posts with comments. Also, it will allow users to protect their tweets from unnecessary bullying and trolling.
