Kendrapara: A nursing student was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her rented house at Beltal village in Pattamundai town of Kendrapara district on Tuesday.
Sources said that Sarojini Das, a student of Ramadevi Nursing College in Kedrapara, belongs to Itapada village in Jajpur and stayed alone at a rented house in Kendrapara for her studies.
After her body was found, the police arrived and seized it for post-mortem.
The reason behind her death is yet to be ascertained. Investigations are on.
