Mumbai: New Zealand spinner Ajaz Patel became only the third bowler in 144-year Test history to capture all 10 wickets in an innings.
The Mumbai-born New Zealander bagged 10 for 119 to bowl out India for 325 in the first innings of the second and final Test at the Wankhede Stadium in his city of birth.
The previous two men to take perfect 10s were England’s Jim Laker (10/53 vs Australia in 1956) and Indian Anil Kumble (10/74 vs Pakistan in 1999).
