Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Monday effected a reshuffle in the OAS cadre, appointing Kaushik Patnaik as officer on special duty (OSD) to Chief Minister Mohan Majhi.
Patnaik is currently serving as Tehsildar in Keonjhar’s Banspal.
The notification issued by the Revenue Department has listed new assignments for 18 OAS officers.
