Bhubaneswar: Actor Babushaan (Tanmay Mohanty) was slapped a fine of Rs 1000 for riding a two-wheeler without helmet in Odisha capital on Wednesday evening.
He was intercepted by traffic personnel at Kalinga Nagar while riding solo. He was challaned under 194D of the New Motor Vehicle Act for violating traffic rules, sources said.
The actor has been in news for rash driving earlier too. In September, a pedestrian was seriously injured after being hit by his vehicle at Shaympur Chhak in Bhubaneswar.
