From appearing on the cover of the international fashion magazine ‘Flash’, to sizzling in Bollywood and Ollywood movies, Cuttack girl Riyana Sukla has a lot in her kitty.
Having created quite a buzz as a leading lady in the Nilu Bux directed Odia movie ‘E Dil Tate Deli’ with Biswajit Rout Bibhas, she is now gearing up for her new Odia movie ‘Tu Achu Ta Mun Achi’ with Chandan Kara as the hero. The murder mystery has all the ingredients of wholesome entertainment.
Although she has not been able to make her Bollywood presence felt with movies such as ‘Kashi In Search of Ganga’ with Sharman Joshi, ‘Life Ki Aisi Ki Taisi’, ‘Mr MBA’ and ‘Lucknowi Ishq’, she is quite upbeat about her upcoming films, ‘Face To Face’ and ‘Jatt Batallion’ in which she is the leading lady.
An Economics graduate from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, Riyana had set her eyes on acting as a career from a young age and completed a course from the Roshan Taneja School of Acting, Mumbai, to realise her dream.
She has also signed an untitled Bengali movie and is quite upbeat about ‘Tu Achu Ta Mun Achi’.
