Kendrapara: Odia film producer Rabindra Sahu was beaten and robbed by a group of unidentified miscreants near Badahata in Kendrapara district on Wednesday.
According to sources, four miscreants intercepted Sahu, attacked him and looted a gold chain and a finger ring at gunpoint and fled. The victim was out on his usual evening walk when the incident took place.
According to an official of Town police station, police have started investigation based on a complaint lodged by Sahu and collected footage from a CCTV camera installed near the crime spot.
