Cuttack: Well-known Odia film producer and president of Odisha Film Producers’ Association, Kesab Rout passed away at his Cuttack residence following a massive cardiac arrest on Sunday morning . He was 68.
Rout’s family said the veteran producer breathed his last at 11 am.
Rout was the producer of popular Odia movies like Suna Harini, Suna Chadhei, Santana and Bhisma Pratigyan. He had also produced several TV serials.
He was also a Congress leader.
