“The Land of Bali”, a book penned by Dr. Subash Candra Dash, Associate Professor of Dept. Of Sanskrit, Utkal University, was released by the former Governor of Bali, I Made Mangku Pastika at the Festival of Kalinga- Bali Sangam Cultural Exchange programme organised by Aryabhatta Trust in association with Kalinga International Youth Foundation at Hotel Swosti Premium recently.
The book is an anthology of English poems in praise of the beauty and cultural ethos of Bali. “The book is a poetic expression of the natural beauty of Bali, which I had the opportunity to admire when I was at Mahendradatta University, Bali from 2012 to 2014 as an ICCR visiting professor,” said Dr Dash.
