Odia Short Film Named Among Best At Romania Festival

Bhubaneswar: Odia short film ‘Blind’ has been shortlisted among the 25 best films at Romania International Film Festival.

Notably, the 25 films were selected from 1,000 entries from 18 countries.

The duration of the film is one minute and theater artist Anuj Kumar Patnaik has played the main role. Abhisekh Swain has directed the movie and Santosh Das has produced it.

The movie is presented by Dr Kalandi Charan Sahu under the Adishakti Trust banner.

The story of the movie revolves around a visually-impaired man acts like a responsible citizen by closing a running tap. On the other hand, a man with full vision fails to do so.

This movie was earlier awarded in the ‘We Care’ Film Festival and has also won the Dr Sarat Chandra Pujari Memorial Award.
