Bhubaneswar: Odia television actor M Suman Kumar has been accused of cheating an actress on the pretext of marriage.
Kumar has been detained by Pahala police on the basis of a complaint filed by the victim.
In her complaint the woman has alleged that she and Kumar were in a live-in relationship for two years. The actor had developed physical relationship with her with a promise of marriage. Later, when she asked him for marriage, he refused to oblige, the actress said in her complaint.
