Bhubaneswar: 5T Secretary V Karthikeyan Pandian paid a surprise visit to the Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) here on Monday.
After arriving at the varsity early in the morning, Pandian reviewed the infrastructure facilities, classrooms, hostels and other basic facilities. He also visited the Basic Science College and College of Forestry inside the OUAT campus.
Later, he had a meeting with the university authorities and stressed on the construction of a sports complex and more hostels for the students.
The 5T secretary was accompanied by OUAT Vice-Chancellor Pawan Agrawal, Basic Science College Director Bikash Chandra Panda and other officials.
