Odisha ACF’s Death: A Name In Bidyabharati’s Diary, Akshaya Speaks Up

Bhubaneswar: Akshaya Kumar Jagat was among the several names that had cropped up in the mysterious death of Paralakhemundi ACF Soumya Ranjan Mohapatra.

His name was mentioned in the diary of the ACF’s wife Bidyabharati Panda, a prime suspect in the case.

A native of Nabarangpur, Akshaya told the media that he and Bidyabharati were batchmates at the Livestock Inspectors’ Training Centre.

“I have not spoken to her since the training centre closed in March last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic,” he added.
