Paralakhemundi: Police are likely to interrogate Bidyabharati Panda for the second time on Monday in connection with the death of her husband and Paralakhemundi Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF) Soumya Ranjan Mohapatra.
It has been three weeks since the forest officer succumbed to burns.
According to sources, a special police team of Paralakhemundi Town police station led by IIC Bibekanand Swain left for Goudagan village in Kaptipada block in Mayurbhanj district, the paternal house of Bidyabharati, on Sunday night.
The team will interrogate Bidyabharati and her family members.
The team, during its earlier visit on July 19 had grilled Bidyabharati and her family members for more than seven hours. However, it had failed to collect any tangible evidence, the sources added.
The ACF, who was rescued from his official residence on the night of July 12, died at a private hospital in Cuttack the following morning.
