Bhubaneswar: Speaker Surjya Narayan Patro on Saturday said that all required infrastructure for the implementation of National e-Vidhan Application in Odisha Assembly to make the proceedings paperless have been completed.
“It will be rolled out after the winter session of the Assembly,” he said.
The Centre has released 20 per cent fund for the project, he added.
Himachal Pradesh is the first state in the country to have a high-tech paperless system after the implementation of e-Vidhan project in 2014.
