Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s athletes showed their expertise in wushu, a form of Chinese martial art which is part of the Asian Games as well as Youth Olympic Games.
The Odisha team bagged six medals in the 33rd Senior National Wushu Championship held in Dehradun from September 21 to 26.
Odisha’s haul included 2 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze medals.
Arunachal Pradesh claimed the overall title with 7 gold medals, while All India Police team (5 gold) and Services Sports Control Board (4 gold) finished second and third, respectively.
