Bhubaneswar: BJP on Monday launched “wall writing” campaign in Odisha to highlight the achievements of Central government ahead of the general elections.
State president of the BJP Manmohan Samal started the campaign by drawing party symbol lotus on a wall in Ward 55 under Ekamra Assembly constituency in Bhubaneswar.
Speaking on the occasion, Samal said the country has embarked on fast lane of development in the last 10 years after Prime Minister was elected for two consecutive terms in 2014 and 2019. “We have launched this campaign to elect BJP to power for third time for a stable government at the centre to further speed up the development process,” he added.
Stating that India has created a unique and prestigious place for itself in international arena, the BJP leader said Modi has emerged as a beacon of hope for all sections of society including youth, women, tribals, farmers and backward class.
He appealed to the people of Odisha to vote for his party in the coming elections so that a double-engine government can ensure faster development in the state and justice to all sections.
“The wall writings will reflect the commitment of the BJP to fulfil its promises to the people. Those will inform the voters about the steps taken by the Central government for their welfare in the last 10 years. We will appeal to them to judge our party by its deeds before going to cast their votes in the coming elections,” Samal added.
