Bhubaneswar: The Ministry of Railways has nominated Dilip Kumar Mallick, a BJP leader from Odisha, as a member of the reconstituted national level Passenger Amenities Committee (PAC) of the Railway Board.
The reconstituted committee with 25 members is led by the chairman PK Krishnadas while the Director, Traffic/Commercial of the Railway Board, is the secretary.
The committee will check passenger amenities at the railway stations and on the trains and ensure general cleanliness, environmental condition and drinking water arrangements, an official release said.
