Balangir: Film producer and promoter Jitendra Mishra has been elected as president of the International Centre of Film for Children and Young people for (CIFEJ) 2022.
He is a native of Titilagarh in Odisha’s Balangir district
CIFEJ was formed by UNESCO in 1955.
“It is such a big honour, being the elected President of one of the oldest, largest and most prestigious global networks of audiovisual professionals, of course, huge responsibilities,” said Jitendra.
He thanked the management of Smile for their support, trust, confidence and for nominating him for this position.
“It is a privilege to be among such industry leaders and dignitaries from all over the world on the board,” he added.
