Bhubaneswar: While rainfall activity is expected to continue in Odisha till 8.30 am on December 10, the night temperature is likely to fall gradually by 3-4 degree Celsius at many places over the districts during the next 4-5 days, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Tuesday.
Gajapati and Ganjam districts are likely to experience light to moderate rain in the next 12 hours.
On December 8, thundershowers are likely at one or two places in South Coastal Odisha, Malkangiri, Koraput and Rayagada. South coastal Odisha, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara Cuttack, Kandhamal, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Malkangiri and Koraput are likely to experience rain the following day.
The minimum temperature in Bhubaneswar is likely to drop to 18 degree Celsius, the MeT office said. It was 19.4 degree Celcius at 8.30 am on Monday. Daringbadi was the coldest at 11.5 degree Celsius followed by Sundargarh with 13.5 degree, and Bolangir with 14 degree Celsius during this period.
