Bhubaneswar: Odisha Cabinet approved 17 proposals at its meeting chaired by chief minister Naveen Patnaik in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday.
As per reports, the proposals included increase in grant-in-aid period of upper primary school teachers and extension of the period aided private high schools in the state.
The proposal for flight services from Bhubaneswar to Dubai, Singapore and Bangkok was also approved by the Cabinet at the meeting.
Besides, a new government policy for promotion of MSME and creation of a special fund for increasing the production of potatoes, vegetables and spices were approved.
