Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Cabinet on Monday approved five proposals, including one pertaining to the socio-economic development of Other Backward Classes (OBC) in the state.
The approvals came at a meeting presided over by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at Lok Seva Bhawan here.
According to official sources, the meeting approved the proposals of the General Administration and Public Grievance, Works, Higher Education, SC and ST Development Departments.
However, there will be no official press briefing about the meeting because the Budget session is underway in the Assembly.
