Bhubaneswar: With the winter session of the Odisha Assembly scheduled to begin on November 20, the State Cabinet is most likely to clear the draft proposal of the supplementary budget at a meeting on Thursday.
The Cabinet meeting will be presided over by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik through video conferencing from Naveen Nivas at 5.15 pm while the ministers and senior officials will join the meeting from the Lok Seva Bhawan.
Prior to the Cabinet meeting, the Chief Minister will preside over a meeting of the Council of Ministers at 5 pm.
